Service Description

Get a taste of all my modalities with this service! This session includes a general chakra balancing for all chakras. To begin, we will do a body scan meditation to get you grounded and in touch with your energy. Next, I will do a basic chakra reading to evaluate how you are currently aligned. You will then get the opportunity to elaborate on the dysfunction you are experiencing and how it is showing up in your life. Together we will work through your blockages to get to the root of it, and create the foundation for sustainable change. We will create an action plan for your next steps so that you feel empowered to move forward. We will then utilize body work, breath work, and movement to get your energy flowing in the direction you desire for optimal balance. Lastly, I will use sound healing, essential oils and herbs, crystals, and some *magic* to bring your chakras into balance. After this session, you will feel motivated and empowered to continue your self care and manifest the changes you wish to see in that aspect of your life! Let’s clear out the old to create space for the beauty of the new!
