Somatic Massage
where the body unwinds the patterns its been holding
A slower, more intentional bodywork experience designed to deepen body awareness and help clients reconnect with what their body has been holding.
Through grounded touch, breath awareness, and open communication throughout the session, clients begin noticing areas of guarding, compensation, tension, and reactivity in real time.
Rather than forcing release, the work follows the body’s responses and allows the session to unfold from there.
