Meet ceimone
My work is guided by a deep curiosity about how the body carries stress, experiences, and survival patterns. Through my own healing journey, I realized that insight alone doesn’t always create change. Even when the mind understands, the body can still remain tense, guarded, reactive, or stuck in old patterns.
That understanding shaped the way I approach bodywork today.
For the past 8 years, I’ve supported clients through therapeutic and somatic bodywork designed to help the nervous system slow down, help clients reconnect with their bodies , and release tension. This framework guides The Zen Den as we expand our team of dedicated therapists.Â
Philosophy
The body is a living record of our experiences — our stress, our relationships, our grief, our resilience, our ambition. Nothing we carry is accidental. The nervous system adapts intelligently to protect us. Over time, those adaptations become patterns held in the muscles, the breath, and the way we move through the world.
Healing begins with safety. When the body feels safe, it softens. Guarding begins to release. The nervous system shifts out of survival and into restoration. This work is rooted in the understanding that embodiment changes everything. When the body feels supported, there is greater clarity, presence, ease, and capacity to move through life differently.
This is not simply bodywork. It is a return to yourself.
Take a deep breath. Reconnect with yourself.
Step inside and let your body rest
The Zen Den is designed to be a calm oasis in the city. A space where the body can learn to slow down and reset even amidst the movement of daily life.
Outside, the world moves quickly. Inside, the space is designed to feel calm and grounding, encouraging a shift towards release that begins the moment you walk in.
For many clients, this space becomes more than just a treatment room. It becomes a place where they can pause, reconnect with their body, and experience what it feels like to truly relax.
