how to buy and redeem Series (Packages) at The Zen Den
Clients ready to commit to more consistent bodywork receive a preferred rate when purchasing a series.
Purchasing your series
Click “Book online” or “Book your session,” then choose your preferred service. Select the corresponding series and number of sessions you’d like to purchase.
Redeeming your sessions
After purchasing your package, please email us at ceimone@thezendendc.com to get your appointments scheduled. We recommend booking your sessions in advance to build a consistent rhythm and secure your preferred appointment times, though it’s not required. If you choose not to book in advance, simply select the same service connected to your package, and book when you’re ready. Your available sessions will be applied through your account.
House Call Series: Travel outside our standard service area may require an additional fee.

Cancellations
- 3 session series are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
- 6 session series are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
Packages can be shared with or transferred to another client. Contact us before their appointment so we can update their booking accordingly.
Package appointments follow our 24 hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with enough notice stay in your package. Late cancellations and missed appointments cost one session. Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case by case basis.

Additional Questions?
Packages may be refunded. Any completed sessions are recalculated at the regular full price of that service and deducted from the original purchase. The remaining balance is refunded.
If you’d like to use your remaining sessions toward another service, contact us before booking. We’ll help with the change and any necessary price adjustment.
