Reserving your appointment:

 

By Appointment only. Please reserve your appointment at least 12 hours before intended arrival.

Payment:

I accept all major credit and debit cards including: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 

Punctuality:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your session (if in person). Street parking is available, but we're in DC and you know how that goes! Please arrive with enough time to park :)

 I have allocated your appointment time for your scheduled treatment. If you are late, I reserve the right to offer you a shortened treatment or advise you to reschedule, which may incur a fee. 

Cancellations:

Life happens! Sometimes you have to cancel/reschedule. You will be emailed/texted the day before to confirm your appointment. Cancellations/reschedules must be made within 12 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for your scheduled treatments. Rescheduling is free!

Gift credit:

 

Let's pamper that special person! Gift credits for any treatment, package, or products may be purchased through me. Gift credits are non refundable, however they are transferable.

Refunds:

Treatments, packages, and gift credits are not refundable. 

Etiquette:

I reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are under the influence, or overstep professional boundaries. 

Minors/Guests:

My location is intimate. For the enjoyment of your experience, children and pets are not permitted in my spa.

Phones:

I ask that you please place your phone and other devices on silent before we begin your session. You deserve an hour of uninterrupted peace and presence!
