First Time Client - Zen Massage

Service Description

*Enjoy in the comfort of your home, hotel, or any location of your choice. I will provide table, spa music, and oils. If you get any add-ons, I will bring whatever tools needed. Just bring yourself and a set of sheets!* This service is for all first time massage clients at The Zen Den. We will take the first 15 minutes to get to know each other, and clarify your needs/expectations for massage. Next, I will perform a 75 minute, detailed, full body massage to identify areas for current and future focus. With this service, I utilize Traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue (or an intuitive blend of techniques) to deeply relax tense muscles, detoxify the body, and rejuvenate the mind. Post massage, I will guide you through stretches that you can do at home to continue your self-care. Consistency with your self care will make the largest difference in between our sessions.
